"Trump staged a shooting where a bullet flew so close it nicked his ear, while already ahead in the polls and while his opponent is having an unprecedented campaign disaster" is a stupid conspiracy theory
But "Bolsonaro staged a stabbing where he LOST 40% OF HIS BLOOD and had to get a colostomy with complications that continued into his presidency" is a much cooler conspiracy theory that I hadn't heard before. So it's impossible to say whether this post is bad or not.

#ace attorney#ace attorney investigations#the great ace attorney#dai gyakuten saiban#tgaa 2#tgaa2 spoilers#tgaa spoilers#aai1#aai2#aai1 spoilers#aai2 spoilers#dai gyakuten saiban 2 spoilers#dai gyakuten saiban spoilers#tyrell badd#tobias gregson#genshin asogi#klint van zieks#katherine hall#they were doomed by the narrative and injustice in their world#and while their actions are very bad. you can see how they tried their best and failed miserably#mostly because they took justice in their own hands. because people with power who should bring this justice literally did nothing#klint and other aristocrats had the status that protected them from punishment for corruption. genshin and klint dueled#leaving a lot of people without answers and closure. hence gregson agrees to strongheart's proposal#no matter how hard badd tried the proper justice wasn't served because prosecutors and lawyers couldn't give less of a crap.#hence he thought becoming the yatagarasu might improve the situation#kate's adoptive father was put in a cell for 18 years for no fault of his own because - once again - people in power didn't care for truth#there is always something so tragic in these situations. because. yes#they did terrible things and they deserved their punishment#and there always was another way to bring better into the world. but you still can fully understand why they did what they did#could've they done better? yes. did they? no. were people in power trying to help and find the truth? absolutely not. sad.

GEORGE SOROS SPENT $117M TO ELECT AND CONTROL LEFTIST DAs AND PROSECUTERS!!!
From: Judicial Watch
Augusta 14, 2024
Soros Spends $117 Million to Elect, Control Leftist County Prosecutors Throughout U.S.
In a scheme to promote a radical leftwing overhaul of the U.S. justice system, billionaire George Soros has spent about $117 million in the last few years to elect then control dozens of liberal county prosecutors throughout the nation, a new report reveals. Once elected the prosecutors, typically known as district attorneys who represent the government in criminal cases, meet regularly with representatives from Soros-funded nonprofits that coordinate and manage the chief officials responsible for upholding and enforcing the law in their respective districts. The Soros machine orders prosecutors to practice leftist policies that are soft on crime, target police and political opponents. The district attorneys are also directed not to enforce certain laws such as those protecting children from chemical castration and genital mutilation, procedures justified by the left as “life-saving gender-affirming” for transgender individuals.
The extraordinary details of the robust Soros effort to overhaul the nation’s justice system by embedding leftist prosecutors throughout the country were uncovered during a year-long investigation by the Media Research Center (MRS). Dedicated to documenting and combating the falsehoods and censorship of the news media, the Washington D.C.-based group examined thousands of pages of documents that show a “shocking level” of control by the Soros-funded nonprofits over many county prosecutors. “The Soros machine sets their policies and priorities, staffs their offices with hand-picked leftists, dictates media narratives, lobbies government officials and perverts the American justice system,” the MRC probe found. The investigation determined that the Soros enterprise dedicated at least $40 million to help elect 126 prosecutors and an additional $77,663,316 to the leftist nonprofits that issue their marching orders once they are in office.
MRC used public records requests to obtain 7,785 pages of internal communications from dozens of Soros-backed prosecutors and examined official files as well as electronic mail, text messages, chats, and other communications. The documents expose how the Hungarian billionaire’s groups directed the liberal prosecutors to manipulate laws involving drugs, abortion, illegal immigration, election integrity, capital punishment and even childhood sex changes. One of the key groups directing the local prosecutors is Fair and Justice Prosecution (FJP), a nonprofit committed to promoting a justice system grounded in fairness, equity and compassion. “Great strides have been made in promoting justice reforms that recognize that prior ‘tough on crime’ and incarceration-driven practices have not always resulted in safer or healthier communities,” according to FJP. The group is a sponsored project of the Tides Center, another Soros-funded conglomerate dedicated to advancing social justice. “FJP held at least 51 private meetings and published 33 formal statements and pledges that contained signatures from prosecutors within its network between 2021 and 2022 alone,” the MRC report states.
Examples include 508 communications—emails, virtual meetings, in-person conversations—between San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin’s office and FJP during an 18-month period, averaging at least one communication a day. Five county prosecutors in Texas worked so closely that they created a shared group chat to strategize on refusing to enforce statutes that ran afoul of their leftist political views. Combined the elected officials represent over seven million Texans and the documents reviewed by MRC show they strategized to undermine political opponents, including the state’s Republican attorney general. “At least 30 percent of the U.S. population currently lives under the boot of the Soros prosecutors who were pressured to sign pledges vowing to adhere to various Soros priorities,” the report says, adding that the “Soros machine” arranged dozens of joint statements and pledges signed by 123 of the 126 prosecutors vowing to adhere to the leftist billionaire’s priorities.
Besides embedding like-minded county prosecutors nationwide, the records obtained by MRC show that Soros also spent at least $35 million to support anti-police groups and causes in one year alone after George Floyd’s death. His beloved FJP defended the violence and racial unrest triggered by the Black Lives Matter (BLM) and Antifa movements, accusing the American criminal justice system of being systemically racist. Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF) also dedicated $220 million for racial justice and black empowerment in the aftermath of Floyd’s death.

It's called Accusation in a Mirror and it's very intentional as part of their propaganda, going back to Joseph Goebbels:
"Accuse the other of which you're guilty."
You can see a clear example of it in the Republicans' attempt to smear Biden for the kind of nepotism and corruption that Trump did openly during his presidency.

(for the record. i love the aj trilogy. i'm not trying to dunk on anyone here. just calling it as i see it) one very funny thing about aa4 and aa5 and their active conversation with one another is aa4 is a game about defending criminals. all of whom are at least a little sympathetic but still. committed crimes (but it's still your job to defend them because they still deserve a fair trial and a shot at a better life). and its also a game that's like "hey evidence is cool and all. but like sometimes :) its not enough :) sometimes the law is wrong and sometimes you lie and you win and no one finds out you lied that's just for you to think about at night" (it wasn't even your choice. you didn't even know what you were doing). with that in mind. it's then really funny to play aa5 a game which is begging you PLEASE DO NOT DO BAD THINGS FOR THE SAKE OF A GREATER GOOD. PLEASE FOLLOW THE LAW FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. YOU CAN FLIP COPS BUT THAT IS IT. and with that in mind it's absolutely hilarious to me that one of these games was sponsored by the japanese government and it WASN'T aa5.
Oh definitely. I personally wasn't very grabbed by aa4 as much as I would have expected, partly because I was spoiled by playing the great ace attorney games first, and apollo justice brings a lot of things to the table that get further refined in that duology. (Everyone should go play tgaa if they haven't already- *I am dragged forcibly off the soapbox*)
But I find it interesting that in aa4, you are defending criminals, and that's a very good thing. You are Apollo Justice. All your clients are criminals, yes, and through investigation get found out and are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. (Aside from Phoenix, cough cough). The Kitaki's leave the mafia and become honest buisnessfolk. Vera's forgeries are discovered, preventing further pieces from being sold on the black market. Machi actually hands himself over to the Japanifornia courts because it is viewed as more benevolent and trustworthy than returning to his home country. They're all sympathetic criminals, and the court is sympathetic to them in turn. The judicial system is painted as something that reforms people and finds answers.
Meanwhile in aa5, the courts are a mess. There's a whole case dedicated to blatantly showing how legal professionals are being trained to disregard actual facts and the one person trying to root out corruption is murdered. Your client goes behind your back to indict themselves because they don't trust the system to not blame an unrelated innocent party. Multiple times. Aura kidnaps and threatens half a dozen people as a direct response to knowing her brother is going to be executed for a murder he didn't commit. There's multiple discussions of not just copaganda, but actual propaganda for the courts as well. It makes everything about the judical system come of as shady, dishonorable, and in desperate need of reform.
Aa4, the game sponsored by the japanese government, is the story of how guilty people come into contact with the court system and stop doing crime, while aa5 is the story of innocent people coming into contact with the court system and immediately doing so much more crime.

No DL6 hcs (for the first game):
Miles follows in his dad's footsteps and becomes a defence attorney
He still takes the Terry Fawles case, but as a 19 year old defence prodigy
Diego Armando would still be the co-counsel, but they would both work for Edgeworth Law Offices (or whatever Gregory's offices would be called)
I think Mia would still be a lawyer, but would be a prosecutor. I think she would be a moral one like Klavier
Mia and Diego still fall in love working together on the death of Terry until Diego is poisoned, at which point she becomes more ruthless in her methods
Miles would be as badly affected by Terry and Diego's fates as Mia was, and so wouldn't take a case until he and Gregory help Phoenix
Miles helps Phoenix, who then decides to take some law classes as well, because he was so moved by Miles helping him again
Miles becomes an ace attorney and Phoenix is his co-counsel whilst he studies
Then the Redd White incident happens, and Gregory is killed (RIP) and Phoenix is accused
Mia (and Maya as her co-counsel) are the prosecutors
Miles remarks that Mia has become more ruthless and maybe corrupt since she started
The main arc is Phoenix and Miles trying to restore Mia's faith in the justice system
The last case would be Rise From the Ashes, where Mia is conflicted at once again having a (former) loved one (Lana) let down by the justice system
It ends up with her being accused of killing Detective Goodman and prosecuted by MVK, who Milea defeats and humiliates so badly he never comes back to America
Ends with Diego waking up and switching to the prosecutors team alongside Mia, but without becoming Godot

nothing brings me more joy than the entire gang going to busan because they know hae-il is too unhinged to go at it alone (and them explaining their squad with the little diagram in the corner of the screen with hae-il’s head as the tip of the bracket killed me) i love this entire cast so much and i adore how they focus on everyone getting to be present bc that is what made the latter half of s1 so top tier

Hiiii!! Welcome backkk!! Anyways, this is off topic to your request for smut ideas, but I wanted to ask something about Yulian and kaspa relationship, like are they idk friends? Let's say if one was hurt would the other like maybe say get well soon? Like what they relationship?
Heyowwwww!!!
At first glance, Yulian and Kaspar's relationship appears to be strictly professional. But beneath that were also two people who shared a bond of trust. It took a long time (or lives) for Yulian to truly trust in Kaspar. When Yulian finally learned that Kaspar was indeed a genuine and honest man to his ally, Yulian started to open up to him.
No matter what the timeline was, Kaspar had never even once turned his back to Yulian and that's what made Yulian considered him as a friend. The only friend he ever had.
In this scenario, I will answer it in multiple timelines.
In the very early timeline where he did not trust Kaspar, he would not even bother asking any further but he would still send his empty well wishes.
In the middle timeline, he would open up a bit, throw in a few empty questions, and still give empty good wishes.
In the last timeline, he would throw nasty remarks playfully while paying him a visit with a parcel. (this is when we can actually see Yulian being so casual… TwT)
Kaspar on the other hand no matter what the timelines were, would always throw some nasty remarks playfully and pay him a visit with parcels while jokingly saying the fruits may have been poisoned for him. Either Yulian threw it out or ate it depended on his trust. (What a troublesome lad ^^')
Kaspar trusted him no matter what and when.
AN: Honestly, the gay tension can be so high if the spouse is out of the picture-- (Why are there so many homo pairings in Uphill Daisies... due to country censorship, let's leave the pairing as bromance)
Ps: this is purely just a crack scenario, I have no intention of seeing them together because Yulian is forever stuck with spouse <3
